This memo serves as notice that the Washington medical commission (commission) is withdrawing the interpretive statement for physician assistants' use of DEA waiver for buprenorphine, which was filed September 9, 2022, and published in WSR 22-19-015.

The commission is withdrawing this policy statement because, due to a federal change, it is no longer needed.
