This memo serves as notice that the podiatric medical board (board) is rescinding the Policy Statement PO 20-51.4 for Continuing Medical Education Requirements During the COVID-19 Response, which was filed September 28, 2022, and published in WSR 22-20-053.

The board is rescinding this policy statement because it expired December 31, 2022, and is no longer needed.
