The Washington state liquor and cannabis board is withdrawing its Policy Statement PS-22-01 filed as WSR 22-08-042 on March 31, 2022, regarding licensed cannabis producer and processor postharvest "phase in" and licensed cannabis retail "sell-down" periods for cannabis products that must meet updated quality assurance and quality control rules described in WAC 314-55-101, 314-55-102, and 314-55-1025. PS-22-01 became effective on April 2, 2022, and expired December 31, 2022.
