NOTICE

Title or Subject: Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 23-0033 Outpatient Sole Community Hospital Rate Update.

Effective Date: January 1, 2024.

Description: The health care authority (HCA) intends to submit SPA 23-0033 in order to update the rates for outpatient sole community hospital rates.

SPA 23-0033 is expected to have no effect on the annual aggregate expenditures/reimbursement/payment for outpatient hospital services.

A copy of SPA 23-0033 is available for review. HCA would appreciate any input or concerns regarding this SPA.
