Prevailing Rate of Wage Publication - Rate Corrections
Pursuant to RCW 39.12.015, 39.12.020, and WAC 296-127-011, on April 12, 2023, the industrial statistician determined and published on the internet corrections to prevailing wage rates. These corrections will impact two trades, shipbuilding and flaggers. The corrections will take effect 30 days after publication on June 11, 2023.
Shipbuilding: Several new construction shipbuilding rates are impacted in Puget Sound counties, including Clallam, Island, Jefferson, King, Kitsap, Mason, Pierce, San Juan, Skagit, Snohomish, Thurston, and Whatcom.
Flaggers: Corrections will only impact apprentice level rates in Eastern Washington counties, including Asotin, Benton, Franklin, Garfield, Lincoln, Spokane, Walla Walla, and Whitman.
