NOTICE OF APPEAL
Pursuant to RCW
34.05.330(3), you are hereby notified for publication in the Washington State Register that:
On April 26, 2023, the Governor's Office received an appeal from Jerry Dierker and Esther Kronenberg, relating to the Department of Ecology's denial of a petition to amend or repeal WAC 197-11-350 (Mitigated DNS (Determination of Nonsignificance)). The Governor's Office denied the appeal on May 24, 2023.
