Subject of Possible Rule Making: WAC 110-15-0249 Nonstandard hours bonus.

Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 74.04.050.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The department of children, youth, and families is amending this rule to increase the nonstandard hours bonus, per the governor's 2023 budget.

Other Federal and State Agencies that Regulate this Subject and the Process Coordinating the Rule with These Agencies: Not applicable.

Process for Developing New Rule: Collaborative.
