Subject of Possible Rule Making: WAC 308-56A-275 Certification of signature and 308-93-470 Certification of signatures.

Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 46.10.110 [ 46.01.110] Rule-making authority and 88.02.320 Department—Powers and duties.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Amending WAC 308-56A-275 and 308-93-470 to clarify the certification process and eliminate outdated references to "operator numbers" to simplify compliance.

Other Federal and State Agencies that Regulate this Subject and the Process Coordinating the Rule with These Agencies: Not applicable.

Process for Developing New Rule: Negotiated rule making; and internal review.
