Division of Child Support (DCS)

Document Title: Policy Clarification Memo (PCM) 23-006.

Subject: Changes to how DCS handles lump sum reporting.

Effective Date: July 14, 2023.

Document Description: The policy explains employers are required to report lump sum payments to the office of child support services or DCS. These changes are effective on July 23, 2023.
