Description: The new administrative policy provides guidance on the Military Family Leave Act (chapter 49.77 RCW) requirements for employers. The Military Family Leave Act allows up to 15 days of unpaid leave for an employee when the spouse has received orders to report for active duty or deploy, or when the spouse is on leave from a deployment.
