The Washington state liquor and cannabis board is withdrawing its Policy Statement PS-21-01 regarding conformed tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) isomers that was filed as WSR 21-10-045 on April 28, 2021. The policy statement is no longer necessary, because E2SSB 5367 addresses the regulation of THC other than delta-9 THC, and the conversion of hemp-derived cannabidiol to THC isomers and other potentially intoxicating or psychoactive cannabinoids including, but not limited to, delta-8 THC. The legislation became effective on July 23, 2023.
