Document Description: DDA, within the department of social and health services, is posting for 30 days of public comment waiver amendments for basic plus, core, CP, CIIBS, and waiver renewal for IFS to be effective September 1, 2024. Children and youth in state and tribal dependency or leaving department of children, youth, and families or tribal dependency are an added eligibility group for waiver enrollment on all waivers. Waiver capacity is increased on IFS, basic plus, and CIIBS waivers. Other technical changes are made on all waivers. Waiver amendments and waiver renewal are available at https://www.dshs.wa.gov/dda.
