Title or Subject: Not Submitting Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 23-0035 Enhanced Rate for Government-Owned Providers of Mental Health Services.

Effective Date: August 29, 2023.

Description: The health care authority (HCA) previously filed its intent to submit SPA 23-0035 under WSR 23-13-031 to provide cost-based reimbursement for evaluation and treatment services provided by government-owned facilities that provide mental health services. HCA no longer intends to submit this SPA.
