Purpose: This action updates the effective date of the state and federal regulations that have been adopted by the agency.

Citation of Rules Affected by this Order: Amending ORCAA Rules 1.11 and 1.12.

Statutory Authority for Adoption: Chapter 70A.15 RCW.
