EMERGENCY RULES

Effective Date of Rule: Immediately upon filing.
Purpose: The purpose [of the] emergency rule is to return department land use rules to permanent rules in sections listed. Fire threat conditions no longer require previous prevention actions that were undertaken by the department.
Citation of Rules Affected by this Order: Repealing WAC 220-500-03000E, 220-500-04000M, 220-500-1100[0]E, and 220-500-14000E.
Under RCW
34.05.350 the agency for good cause finds that immediate adoption, amendment, or repeal of a rule is necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety, or general welfare, and that observing the time requirements of notice and opportunity to comment upon adoption of a permanent rule would be contrary to the public interest.
Reasons for this Finding: Extreme wildfire dangers have passed, these emergency rules are no longer necessary.
