Prevailing Rate of Wage Publication

Pursuant to RCW 39.12.015 and 39.12.020 and WAC 296-127-011, on September 29, 2023, the industrial statistician determined and published on the internet corrections to several prevailing rates of wage. The corrections will become effective 30 days from publication on October 29, 2023.

The corrections include overtime rule changes to several trades and counties in Central and Western Washington. Also included are apprentice level wage rate corrections in several counties in Eastern and Western Washington.
