This memo serves as notice that the department of health (department) is withdrawing the CR-101 for chapter 246-562 WAC, which was filed June 6, 2023, and published in WSR 23-12-089.

The department is withdrawing this CR-101 because we are expanding the scope of the rule-making project under a new CR-101 to conduct a chapter review and organize the sections in chapter 246-562 WAC for logical structure and clarity of the rules addressed.
