Effective Date of Rule: Thirty-one days after filing.

Purpose: Creating a new chapter in rule to establish transportation network company record inspections under HB [ESHB] 2076 passed during the 2022 legislative session. The rules will support auditing of company records per chapter 46.72B RCW.
