On February 6, 2024, the department of financial institutions, division of consumer services adopted the Consumer Loan Act and Mortgage Broker Practices Act Interim Guidance, CLAMB-24-01—60 Day Grace Period for Q1 2024 Mortgage Call Report Filing Version 6.

This interim guidance allows consumer loan company and mortgage broker licensees a 60-day grace period to file the required mortgage call report for the first quarter of 2024.
