Due to circumstances beyond our control, the Washington state commission on Hispanic affairs (CHA) could not meet in person in Spokane. Instead of canceling the meeting, CHA will be meeting at Mi Centro, 1208 South 10th Street, Tacoma, WA 98405, on Saturday, March 2, 2024, at 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., for the February public board meeting.
