In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services.

Document Title: DCS Administrative Policy 1.28: Electronic Signatures on Division of Child Support (DCS) Case-Related Documents.

Subject: DCS AP 1.28.

Effective Date: February 14, 2024.

Document Description: This policy explains when and how DCS accepts and uses electronic signatures on case-related documents. This policy defines "signature" and "electronic signature" to help staff determine when an electronic signature qualifies.
