RULES COORDINATOR

Washington technology solutions (consolidated technology services (CTS)) has delegated authority to engage in rule making under chapter 43.105 RCW.

The rules coordinator shall have CTS's delegated rule-making authority and is the officer designated to preside at all rule-making hearings conducted under this authority.
