On March 7, 2024, the department of financial institutions, division of consumer services adopted the Consumer Loan Act Interim Guidance, No. CLA-24-01 - Additional Guidance on the State Specific Supplemental Form (SSSF).

Starting [with] the Mortgage Call Report for the first quarter of 2024, Consumer Loan Act licensees will be required to complete the SSSF. This interim guidance clarifies the subsections on the SSSF that consumer loan company licensees are required to complete.
