NOTICE OF APPEAL
Pursuant to RCW
34.05.330(3), you are hereby notified for publication in the Washington State Register that:
On March 5, 2024, the Governor's Office received an appeal from Caressa Tinker, relating to the Office of Financial Management's denial of a petition to amend or repeal WAC 357-08-055(5) (How is the periodic increment date determined for a general government employee?). The Governor's Office denied the appeal on April 15, 2024.
