Subject of Possible Rule Making: Chapter 132D-145 WAC, First amendment activities for Community College District IV.

Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: Chapter 34.05 RCW and RCW 28B.50.140(13).

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Skagit Valley College plans to adopt rules for first amendment activities to provide current and accurate information.

Process for Developing New Rule: Proposed language for this rule will be presented to the college's governance system for feedback and a public hearing will be held.
