Description: RCW 74.09.5225(4) expires upon federal approval of the hospital safety net program as outlined in RCW 74.60.150. Federal approval for hospital safety net was received on June 14, 2024. RCW 74.09.5225(4) was effective July 1, 2024, and expired before the effective date. RCW 74.09.5225(4) will not take effect.
