Effective Date of Rule: Thirty-one days after filing.

Purpose: Pierce College is engaging with the rule-making process to repeal chapter 132K-122 WAC because the Family Educational Rights and Privacy provides the necessary legal requirements and guidance to protect the privacy of student education records.
