WASHINGTON STATE UNIVERSITY

Pursuant to RCW 34.05.314, the following is Washington State University's semi-annual agenda for WAC rules under development for the period of July 1 through December 31, 2024. Additional rule-making activity not now anticipated may also be added as conditions warrant between semi-annual agendas.

1. Chapter 504-15 WAC, Campus parking and traffic regulations for Washington State University Pullman, rule-making amendments to the rules regarding parking and traffic at Washington State University Pullman. Public hearing anticipated for July 25 or 26, 2024. Anticipate adoption of permanent rules on August 7, 2024.

2. Chapter 504-19 WAC, Campus parking and traffic regulations for Washington State University Vancouver, rule-making amendments to the rules regarding parking and traffic at Washington State University Vancouver. Anticipate adoption of permanent rules on July 3, 2024.

3. Chapter 504-26 WAC, Standards of conduct for students, rule-making amendment to the university's standards of conduct for students. Anticipate filing proposal (CR-102) for permanent rules on September 4, 2024. Anticipate adoption of permanent rules on November 15, 2024.
