Pursuant to RCW 34.05.330(3), you are hereby notified for publication in the Washington State Register that:
On May 30, 2024, the Governor's Office received an appeal from Conner Edwards, relating to the Public Disclosure Commission's denial of a petition to amend or repeal WAC 390-37-060 (a)(d) (Case Initiation and Resolution Procedures). The Governor's Office denied the appeal on July 1, 2024.
