This memo serves as notice that the department of health (department) is rescinding the interpretive statement titled Health Equity Continuing Education for Midwives, HSQA OHP MW01, which was filed December 22, 2023, and published in WSR 24-02-024.

The department is rescinding this interpretive statement because it was permanently incorporated into WAC 246-834-355 as published in WSR 24-10-091, filed April 30, 2024. The interpretive statement is no longer needed.
