Effective Date of Rule: Thirty-one days after filing.
Purpose: Removes obsolete position language for the committee member from the state auditor with generalized membership language.

WAC 434-624-010Membership.
((The chief examiner of the division of departmental audits of the state auditor's office))A representative appointed by the state auditor, the state archivist, a representative appointed by the attorney general and a representative appointed by the director of the office of financial management shall constitute a committee to be known as the state records committee.

The representative appointed by the attorney general shall be vice chairperson. The state archivist shall act as secretary and shall be responsible for the proper recording of its proceedings.
