Document Description: DDA, within the department of social and health services, is posting for 30 days of public comment waiver amendments for Basic Plus, Core, CP, CIIBS, and IFS to be effective January 1, 2025. Children and youth in the foster care group are an added eligibility group for waiver enrollment on all waivers. Waiver capacity is increased on basic plus waiver by 400 people. Assessment tool SIS-A is updated to SIS-A 2nd edition. Sexual health therapy is added as new waiver service on all waivers. Waiver amendments are available at https://www.dshs.wa.gov/dda.
