Semi-Annual Rules Development Agenda
for July to December 2024 (as of July 31, 2024)
In accordance with RCW
34.05.314, the Washington state transportation commission's (WSTC) current and anticipated rules under development are as follows:

| • | Changes to WAC 468-270-071 to update toll rates for the SR 520 Bridge, which were adopted on July 10, 2024, and will take effect on August 15, 2024. The adopted rule changes and contact information have been filed as WSR 24-15-035, which will be published in the Washington State Register on August 7, 2024. |
| • | Initiate changes to chapter 468-270 WAC regarding toll rates and exemptions for the I-405 express toll lanes and the SR-167 high occupancy toll lanes. |
