Pursuant to RCW 34.05.330(3), you are hereby notified for publication in the Washington State Register that:
On August 16, 2024, the Governor's Office received an appeal from Thomas Myers on behalf of the Personal Care Products Council, relating to the Department of Ecology's denial of a petition to amend or repeal RCW 70A.560.020(2) (Prohibiting the sale of cosmetic products containing certain added chemicals - Department's duties).
