Subject of Possible Rule Making: WAC 260-32-180 Fees.

Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 67.16.020.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The Washington horse racing commission is considering adopting the Association of Racing Commissioners International model rule regarding requiring an agreement for jockey fees prior to the race meet.

Process for Developing New Rule: Negotiated rule making.
