Subject of Possible Rule Making: WAC 260-70-685 Alphabetical listing of all drugs, medications, and foreign substances.

Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 67.16.020.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The Washington horse racing commission is considering updating the alphabetical listing of all drugs, medications, and foreign substances to match Association of Racing Commissioners International model rule uniform classification guidelines.

Process for Developing New Rule: Negotiated rule making.
