Policy: Employment Standards Policy ES.A.1.
Title: Minimum Wage Act Applicability.
Issued: December 19, 2024.
Description: This policy was amended to add in the Minimum Wage Act exemption for minor league baseball players, created by SB 6088 in the 2024 legislative session.

Title: Paid Sick LeaveFrequently Asked Questions.
Issued: December 19, 2024.
Description: This policy was amended to align with paid sick leave changes created by 2024's ESSB 5793 and SB 5979 and related rule-making efforts. The policy also includes guidance on carryover of negative balances and substituting paid sick leave for other leave types.
