TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION

Based upon current information and anticipated project schedules, and in accordance with RCW 34.05.314, the Washington state transportation commission's (WSTC) anticipated rules under development are as follows:

• Initiate changes to chapter 468-270 WAC regarding toll rates and policies for the I-405 express toll lanes and the SR-167 high occupancy toll lanes.

• Initiate changes to chapter 468-270 WAC regarding toll rates for the SR-99 tunnel.

• Initiate toll rates and policies for the SR-509 and SR-167 expressway facilities that comprise the Puget Sound Gateway Program, under chapter 468-270 WAC.

• Initiate toll rates and policies for the I-5 Bridge over the Columbia River, under chapter 468-270 WAC.

• Initiate changes to chapter 468-300 WAC regarding ferry fares and policies for the Washington state ferry system.
