In accordance with RCW 34.05.314, the Washington state department of transportation's (WSDOT) current and anticipated rules under development are as follows:

• A change to WAC 468-06-060 to correct and add to information about the ways a member of the public can submit a public records request to WSDOT. WSR 24-22-137 shows the proposed rule and contact information.

• A new rule (chapter 468-90 WAC) to implement RCW 46.63.200 regarding speed safety camera systems in work zones. WSR 24-24-100 shows the proposed rule and contact information.

• Changes to chapter 468-95 WAC regarding traffic control devices for streets and highways in response to updated federal standards.

• Changes to chapter 468-100 WAC regarding uniform relocation assistance and real property acquisition based on changes to federal regulations.

• Changes to chapter 468-310 WAC regarding prequalification of ferry system contractors.
