The center for deaf and hard of hearing youth (CDHY) is withdrawing the proposed rules filed on December 18, 2024, under WSR 25-01-148, for proposed WAC 148-120-001, 148-120-005, 148-120-010, 148-120-025, 148-120-030, 148-120-110, 148-120-205, 148-120-210, 148-120-215, 148-120-330, 148-120-335, 148-120-430, 148-120-435, 148-120-440, 148-120-445, 148-120-450, 148-120-455, 148-120-460, 148-120-465, 148-120-470, 148-120-475, 148-120-480, 148-120-510, 148-120-515, 148-120-520, 148-120-525, 148-120-530, 148-120-610, 148-120-710, 148-120-810, 148-120-815, 148-120-820, 148-120-825, 148-120-900, 148-120-905, 148-120-910, 148-120-915, 148-120-920, 148-120-925, 148-120-930, 148-120-935, 148-120-940, 148-120-945, 148-120-950, 148-120-955, 148-120-960, 148-120-965 and 148-120-970; and proposed repeal of WAC 148-120-260, 148-120-313, 148-120-400, 148-120-405, and 148-120-410.

CDHY plans to refile the proposed rule for Practice and procedure (WAC 148-108-100) and the proposed rules for Student conduct code (chapter 148-120 WAC) without the proposed Supplemental sex discrimination student conduct code and procedures for cases involving allegations of violation of Title IX (proposed WAC 148-120-900 through 148-120-970). After the proposed rules are refiled, CDHY plans to hold a rule-making hearing for the proposed revisions to both chapter 148-120 WAC, Student conduct code, and WAC 148-108-100 Practice and procedure.
