WASHINGTON STATE LOTTERY

Pursuant to RCW 34.05.314, Washington's lottery is submitting its January 1 - June 30, 2025, semi-annual rule-making agenda for publishing in the Washington State Register.

There are currently no rules under development. Additional rule making may be deemed necessary to meet legal requirements, unforeseen circumstances, or evolving agency needs.
