WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSED RULES

SCHOOL FOR THE BLIND

The Washington state school for the blind (WSSB) is withdrawing the proposed rules filed on January 10, 2025, under WSR 25-03-052, for proposed WAC 72-120-001, 72-120-002, 72-120-005, 72-120-110, 72-120-205, 72-120-211, 72-120-215, 72-120-330, 72-120-335, 72-120-430, 72-120-435, 72-120-440, 72-120-445, 72-120-450, 72-120-455, 72-120-460, 72-120-465, 72-120-470, 72-120-475, 72-120-510, 72-120-515, 72-120-520, 72-120-525, 72-120-530, 72-120-610, 72-120-710, 72-120-810, 72-120-815, 72-120-820, 72-120-825, 72-120-900, 72-120-905, 72-120-910, 72-120-915, 72-120-920, 72-120-925, 72-120-930, 72-120-935, 72-120-940, 72-120-945, 72-120-950, 72-120-955, 72-120-960, 72-120-965 and 72-120-970; and proposed repeal of WAC 72-120-315.
WSSB plans to refile the proposed rule for Practice and procedure (WAC 72-108-100) and the proposed rules for Student conduct code (chapter 172-120 WAC) without the proposed Supplemental student conduct procedures for cases involving allegations of violation of Title IX (proposed WAC 72-120-900 through 72-120-970). After the proposed rules are refiled, WSSB plans to hold a rule-making hearing for the proposed revisions to both chapter 72-120 WAC, Student conduct code, and WAC 72-108-100 Practice and procedure.
