This memo serves as notice that the department of health (department) is withdrawing the CR-101 for chapter 246-12 WAC, Administrative procedures and requirements for credentialed health care providers, which was filed April 20, 2017, and published in WSR 17-10-007.

The department is withdrawing this CR-101 and in the future will reconsider a new rules project to address general updates, modernization, and housekeeping to chapter 246-12 WAC that will include up-to-date information.
