This memo serves as notice that the department of health (department) is withdrawing the CR-101 to consider adding a new section to chapter 246-12 WAC regarding closure of incomplete applications for a health care credential. The CR-101 was filed on April 28, 2017, and published in WSR 17-10-045.

The department is withdrawing this CR-101 in order to consider a new rules project that may include up-to-date processes and procedures used by the department's office of customer service and the office of health professions.
