Subject of Possible Rule Making: Elections.

Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 29A.04.611.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: E2SHB 1272 (2024) amended requirements for voters' pamphlet contents. The purpose of this rule making is to amend administrative code to comply with the statutory changes.

Process for Developing New Rule: Negotiated rule making.
