Pursuant to RCW 34.05.330(3), you are hereby notified for publication in the Washington State Register that:
On January 14, 2025, the Governor's Office received an appeal from Stephen Jackson, relating to the Washington Gambling Commission's denial of a petition to amend or repeal WAC 230-15-135(1) (Wagering limits for nonhouse-banked card games). The Governor denied the appeal on February 27, 2025.
