Bellevue College is rescinding emergency WSR 25-02-116, filed on January 1, 2025, for chapter 132H-126 WAC, Student conduct code, effective February 28, 2025. In summer 2024, interim student conduct and sex discrimination policies were adopted to comply with Department of Education mandates. In January 2025, those mandates were vacated at the federal level. Therefore, temporarily adopted chapter 132H-126 WAC will revert to its previous language, last updated January 23, 2023.
