HOUSING FINANCE COMMISSION

Subject of Possible Rule Making: WAC 262-01-070.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: In order to maximize efficiency in managing single-family bond issues, the Washington state housing finance commission intends to amend WAC 262-01-070 (4)(b) to extend the length of a senior managing underwriter's fixed term from two years to up to five years.
Process for Developing New Rule: Staff recommends the change because agency program development has resulted in fewer single-family bond issues each year.
