Pursuant to RCW 34.05.330(3), you are hereby notified for publication in the Washington State Register that:
On January 29, 2025, the Governor's Office received an appeal from Conner Edwards, relating to the Public Disclosure Commission's denial of a petition to amend or repeal WAC 390-18-050(4) (Commercial advertisers—Public inspection of records). The Governor denied the appeal on March 12, 2025.
