Subject of Possible Rule Making: Adopt chapter 132A-129 WAC, Academic honesty.

Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 28B.50.140 and chapter 34.05 RCW.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: To align with chapter 132A-127 WAC and create clarity for students and ensure due process, led by instruction.

Process for Developing New Rule: Agency study.
